WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGES

Package One

Day-of Coordination

Starting at $1,349

Our Day-of Coordination package, also known as Month-of Coordination, is ideal for couples who are taking care of all the planning details and are simply looking for assistance to bring their vision to life!


    Includes:

  • Timeline creation and dispersement of timeline to vendors and wedding party, as well as managing your timeline on wedding day
  • Work with client and venue to finalize floor plan
  • Point of contact for wedding day, confirming arrival/departure time of vendors and managing vendors on wedding day
  • 3 consult calls, 1 hour of wedding rehearsal, and 8 hours of day-of coordination

Package Two

Partial Planning

Starting at $3,595

Our Partial Planning package is ideal for the couple who has already secured a venue, caterer, and rental company, and is looking for support to tie up loose ends! This package includes everything from Package One with a little extra assistance along the way to ensure all of your hard work comes together on your wedding day!


    Includes:

  • Monthly planning checklists are provided to ensure you stay on track and organized
  • Assistance/tips with décor and styling
  • Contact/coordinate with vendors throughout planning process once vendor contract is signed by client. Provide options for and aid in selecting vendors.
  • 5 consult meetings and unlimited communication throughout planning process and 10 hours of day-of coordination

Package Three

Full Planning

Starting at $6,495

Our Full Planning package is ideal for the couple who wants full support throughout the entire planning process. Couples can be as involved as they want to be, and we will be there for every step of the way! We will help you develop your wedding vision, be your liaison with vendors, help you stay on budget, and bring it all together on your special day!

    Includes:

  • Assist client in creating a vision for the wedding, and esuring all vendors are cohesive with said vision
  • Assist client with wedding budget and track budget throughout planning process
  • Point of contact for all vendors throughout entire planning process, vendor management, and aid in vendro selection
  • Unlimited communication, monthly consult meetings, and 10+hours of weeding day coordination
